Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid Scrivanta plans. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Free Plan
Scrivanta offers a free plan with a monthly credit allowance. No payment is required to use the free plan, and no charges apply to it.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans, where available, are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; the plan will not renew thereafter.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and unused credits. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- An extended Service outage that prevented use of paid features.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge by emailing billing@scrivanta.com with your account email and transaction details.
5. Credits
Credits included with any plan are consumed as you run tools and reset at the start of each cycle. Unused credits do not roll over, carry no monetary value, and are not refundable.
6. Price Changes
We may change plan pricing. Any change will apply from your next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance where required.
